Last Tuesday i purchased a crony tablet 7 inch 8GB black through online ,today it was delivered morning ,the problem is the product is not registered,its desktop showing is un registered and i cannot open more features.The company website is saying a payment register,what i can do

Not having ever heard of that tablet I'm going to ask a few questions that may help? Do you have a Google account? Did you go to settings and add that "same" Google account to the tablet?
