Reinstallation of tablet PC soft

Can anybody explain me how to reinstall table PC soft (android). I bought a new device, but after some hours of using and charchng batery it doesnt work any more. PC starting to load, but not normally,

try to find a little hole around your tablet PC. use a paper-clip to press the hole for 20 sec. the device will re-boot by itself.

i already tried everything, but it doesnt help. Only reinstallation could help.
