remote

hello

i've not been able to set up the remote, either by preselecting a tv or reading a remote (it just says move remote closer but even touching never picks it up). any advice? thanks

I have had this issue. One way round it seems to be to make sure the batteries on the remote are fresh, you're not in direct sunlight, and to keep testing each button as you teach it.
