Request information on Kyros 7016

I have a Coby Kryos 7016 that is recognized on the computer, have downloaded Kyros7016GB-8k FWDN but do not know how to update the tablet with the downloaded software. The tablet will not reset, only fastboot and FWDN mode. Have tried running the battery down, then reboot trying every button available with no results. Would someone please give me some direction?
