Resistive Touchscreen Tweak?

do we have any reg tweak on android for increasing sensitivity on resistive screens like on

windows mobile os? btw im using a 10.2 inch wowpad resistive

i mean windows mobile pocket pc phones before, they have a registry tweak for sensitivity with resistive screens to lessen finger pressure.. as a noob android user i dont know if linux has that capability
