Restart Problem on the Streak 7

Hello,
I have a Dell streak 7 tablet and everytime I turn it on, it is stuck on the Dell logo restarting itself. I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions on what to do. I have no idea I just let the battery run out and I tried it agian, but it is doing the same thing. Thanks -A

Have you tried letting the battery charge all of the way and then turning it on

I have tried that, I have also tired holding the start button to turn it off somehow but it just ignores me. I end up just lettting it restart until the battery dies.
