Pleas i need help, i was searching how pass the app's to the external sd, and for accident i touch one thing of the system, and now, all the time, get a message that says : " The system procces.media.android was stopped " and stopp all the app i have open, then will not let me use the sd, and dont let me see the storage settings.For this can you tell me how resetting the tablet to start as i buy, was seeing if can with a rom but i try and not work, i dont know if i have to flash the kernel, or flash the tablet, but for this i need your help. Pleas

I don´t know, but the importan is that i want reset complete :/

If you're rooted, restore from your system dump, if you made one.

im rooted but i dont have the dump

The reason we demand users make their own dumps is Coby's penchant for making hardware changes. That said, I believe there is a 7048 dump in the Development Index sticky you can use.
