6 hrs? Good hell! I've coverted 11 so far (it's my day off) with the DVD Catalyst program. So far with the default settings a conversion has taken about 30-40 minutes on average. I can't say for sure becase I start it and then walk away ... but that seems about right.
I'm noticing too that the file sizes are a little smaller than the ones I ripped down using another program a few weeks ago for my Android phone ... so that's nice. I'm sure it's all in the settings. I got 9 DVDs on a 16Gb SD Card.

I thought 6hrs was the norm as the free ones I have tried take a long time too.

I bought this one and it looks good. Problem is my pc likes to shut down for no apparent reason. I started ripping Blazing Saddles and it looks like it was on pace to be done in about 30 minutes when the computer shut down. Can the program be on more than 1 machine?
