Hi - I got the following Rockchip Android tablet from Amazon; Amazon.com: 7 Touch Tablet Internet Media Player 2Gb Google Android Os - ROCKCHIP CPU: Computer & Accessories 7 Touch Tablet Internet Media Player 2Gb Google Android Os - ROCKCHIP CPU Works decently; however after a few days, it does not recognize the microSD card at all :-( Reboots do not help. The config options always says "Unmount SD Card"; the system notifications always say there is no SD card present. I have tried with 2 different versions - a 2GB card and a 8GB card. Both the cards are recognized in my Windows PC and I am able to add/view files in it. When I insert the card back in tablet, its not recognized. The tablet is virtually useless without this extra SD card storage for me (as internal memory is only 256MB). I am hoping someone here can help me fix this problem. Please help!!! Thanks a lot!!!! Regards, -Crazy
have you reformatted the card in your pc and then place in the tablet. reformat again in the tablet. see what that does. my tablet takes a while to read the card , but gets there. does your tablet not recognise the sd card at all ? does it read pictures / movies / app's ????? via your file explorer
I have the same problem, is there any way to fix this? I have tried to reset to factory settings didn't work. It doesn't recognize the sd card. Any suggestions? Sent from my sdkDemo using Android Tablet Forum App
