[ROM] StyleFlying T72/Cube U6/Joyplus M708 Android 2.1

I have this device and I am looking for CM or other roms with EXT2, LOOP etc. support in kernel ... I tested lot of roms without success. On board is STYLEFLYING MID_T M1_KEY 2010.09.09 and STYLEFLYING MID_T_M1 2010.09.13.

I actually think this is the newer firmware for it. In any case, root it with z4root, try the Clockwork recovery: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...let-information-firmware-custom-recovery.html

Then head over to the Coby Ultimate Guide and attempt that patch for Google Apps in case they were missing.

z4root was tested ... rooting without problem ...

I had own version of recovery mode - kernel from U6 firmware and files from Clockwork recovery ... others recovery aren't working. ...
I will make it again and upload on HOTFILE. Maybe it will help somebody....

If you have 64-bit windows, than you aren't able to download firmware into DEVICE. You can do that over 32-bit version windows in VIRTUAL PC (like http://www.virtualbox.org)

I downloaded oficial opensource kernel (Kernel-2.6.29.tar.gz) from pages TELECHIPS.com and tried compiled. But it was without success.

this is maybe my last post about telechips device ... Yesterday my device fall down on ground and now isn't working ... display is KO, board is working ... So I will buy better device ... Like SmartQ V7 ...
