Root Help on Coby 7035-4 .....

I used the Root7035 directions on the forums here and everything went as expected. I tried to run a root access application and it did not work it said I did not have root access. I then installed yaffs explorer and tried to run SU directly as root. The directions say I should receive a popup from superuser. I did not. I am not sure what to check or why it appears everything worked only to not have root access...

I am not familiar with the 7035 root method, if root apps don't work, then you aren't rooted. Can you post exactly what you did to root your device?

I also tried the one in the Sticky but there is a part where it fails for like a file not found error after the 2nd reboot.

You need to post the errors, you got.

After 2nd reboot and after I enable usb debugging and press a key. I get a cannot start 'su': No Such file or directory
