Did you try latest SOC (SuperOneclick)? Download it from its official website, use "shell root" first then "full root". Make sure your device is recognized by your computer (you may need to install drivers from Android SDK or modified ones).
If you don't know how to do it, search for tutorials for 1125, it's basically the same thing. Just don't flash anything unless it says explicitly that it works with your tablet mode.
