S7 - Wont power down or go into hibernate

I have a S7 with 2.2.2 with clockworkmod 3.1.0.1. Power button works to turn on the tablet but will not turn off or go into hibernation. any clues?

Did you try to install stock fw via dload method?

If you don't won't to reflash a stock firmware try to find a widget to do this for you in a soft mode they are a lot of application that are doing this.
