Samsung Apps

    Anybody know why the onboard Samsung Apps tab is no longer working on the wifi only model? I get the message 'Unable to launch the application. No SIM card available or Flight mode activated'.
    For the record Flight mode is not activated and wifi connection is good.

    Works fine for me also. Not sure but perhaps you should look here:

    Settings | Applications | Unknown Sources

    Make sure this is checked and try again. Just a thought.

    I have the same exact problem after upgrading to Touchwiz!

    Similarly when trying to use the "WIFI finder" app from the Android market. The app tells me my wifi is off but it isn't.

    Checking/unchecking "unknown sources" as someone suggested does not work (obviously the preinstalled samsung app is from a KNOWN source).

    I'm having the same problem -- again, Wi-fi works great and Airplane mode is NOT on. But I can't launch the Samsung apps program.
