My wife and I each bought the above tablet fo Christmas. But the tablet email notification on her homescreen (not gmail) shows - 1, when she has no new actual emails
If any new emails are received this figure changes , but is always one less than it should be....eg if she gets 2 new emails, the figure on the icon changes to 1 and not 2, as it should do.
If any one can help to resolve this frustrating problem we would really appreciate any help.
