Hi, new to this. But have problem, I do not know if same problem and fix would apply to other models.
Out of the blue, My desktop is not reconizing my tablet, neither through Kies or as a mass storage unit, but Tablet can still recharge. I then downloaded kies to my laptop but still have same problem. On Googling the problem, a lot of answers blamed the USB leads. I therefore brought another two, but neither have resolvled the problem. I would really appreciate any help or advice.
