Schedule Reboot for Android Easy and Free (requires root)

    This method may not work on all devices, but this is what I have been using on some devices.

    reboot One touch
    https://market.android.com/details?id=raven.ex1.reboot

    Settings Profile Lite
    https://market.android.com/details?id=com.probeez.liteprofiles

    Run reboot One touch once. This will ask for root. Accept to begin rebooting your device.

    When it comes back on, run Settings Profile Lite and set a time schedule with the duration of 1 minute. Add a pause of say 15 seconds, and then run the application reboot One touch.
