Hi.. a friend mine asked me to fix your tablet, the screen is always black and buttons dont work, but they light, in this link his a picture

..I do not know what he did, i dont know if it's rooted.. i try hard reset(volume down+power) and nothing worked

i saw on video on youtube.. a unbrick of coby kyros tablet from a brazilian guy.. the user remove and format the internal sd card and install the official rom again and work..

I searched for an internal sd card and not found anything.. in this link his a picture

I think it is no problem with the screen because i have another.. I have to take the battery out to shut down the tablet...
