Screen scratches :(

I pulled my Iconia out of its sleeve and cotton t shirt, out of my laptop bag and it has a small in length, but deep scratch. How do I go about taking that scratch out and what are recommendations for screen protectors??

Where is the scratch, on the back or on the front?

If its on the Glass, use the same method you would use on any other glass object, that is to say, NONE.

You can't fix it, so live with it. Almost anything else you do will make it worse.
