My friend is buying my jurisdiction and I want my info off so he can put in his own gmail info and make it his without losing root or the android Google market and maps and so on.

If you have clockwork recovery, I'd just use the wipe data option there.

I do. That will leave everything on except removing all apps on Google market? Also leaving any Google market things I put on intact?

The wipe data option should clean out the stuff in /data and /cache, meaning all user application data. This includes apps you installed.

If you put anything into the internal ROM storage I think you have to delete the files yourself.
