Should I get a Tablet

The following list are things I will need the tablet to do

>Torrent (not breaking the law, there are legal uses for bit torrent!)
>Tether my HTC Droid Eris to the tablet w/PDAnet (must tether with usb cable)
>Load movies/documents/pictures/ect... from portable hard drive.
>play flash based internet games
>cost $100 or less (I am poor...)

if anyone can help me answer these questions i would be very grateful!

There are tablets for "around" $100 that can nearly do everything you ask.. besides Flash. There just are not any tablets under $100 that plays flash. Expect to pay an additional $50 - $80 for that...
