Should I get Samsung Tab 10.1, please guide

I'm planning to buy Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, but I've heard that Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a serious issue of OIL SLICK. Please can someone help me that is this issue is fixed in the upcoming models ? And how many people are affected with this problem (ratio/percentage). Is it safe to buy a Galaxy Tab 10.1 ? Please guide me
