Silly email question - "select all"?

In the stock email client is there a way to "select all" to delete or move messages? My DroidX (both Froyo and Gingerbread) has this capability and I'm really missing it on my tablet. Would rather not change email clients if I can help it.

I was wondering this too after just moments ago deleting 45+ emails. I would think that it would be an option somewhere, cant just cannot find it.

Anyone have an answer?
