Sim card insertion

Hi, has anybody had the problems I've had inserting the sim card into the Bauhn Tablet? It only pushes in so far and does not click, so it just sits out making it difficult to put the fiddly tiny cover back on. Rang the help line and was told they don't click in and the cover holds it. Very hard to fit the cover back on!!

Hi Lady3p make sure you are inserting a standard sim, ie., not a micro sim. Then refer to the diagram above and to the right of the slot looking at the slot with the cover off the slot is on right the left side slot is for TF memory card. The diagram illustrates how to orientate the sim card. Otherwise the gold contacts face away from you and enter the slot first. Then slide the sim in, nothing happens no click and no spring sim just slides into place disappears into the slot. You should be able to replace the cover which clicks into place. Make sure you are orienting the cover correctly cover only has one orientation and closes the port you need to pop it off by levering with a finger nail or similar. That's all I got hope it helps
