Skype 2 way video calling

hi i have just bought an android 2.3 tablet for my daughter as it has fing on it and was advised that i had to have this to be able to do video calling. I have tried to set up my Skype but am having problems getting it to actuallly work. Is there anyone out there who oculd help me as i would like to get this sorted asap as if i cant get it to work i will be sending it back. Look forward to hearing feedback thanks

Hi goldwyre,

Which device did you buy? I think it depends on the device as to if it's supported for two way Skype calling or not. I don't know if it's more related to the OS or the processor or the amount of ram the device has. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge with using Skype on a tablet will be able to help. Welcome to the board, I hope that you're able to get it working the way you want to, but I think to help you the people here need to know which device you have. Good luck!

Agreed, it might depend on your device. Skype works great on my Sony S.
