skype on tablet

i just got a androd 2.3 tablet off or ebay in the mail today and im trying to figure out how to make the camera work with skype does anyone know how to do this?

The camera should start automatically when you start a video conversation.You select a friend from your list, then you select video and that's it!

Yeah obviously there must be an option to start the camera.

Try going to settings and see what the status is.
