Skype..Small Window

Hi everyone

I have a little problem. I`m using skype and when I call someone (videocall) the window of receiver is very small and mine is on whole screen. When I tap it (the small screen) nothing happens...it should get bigger. Anyone have or had the same problem and solved it?
