I've just purchased a Packard Bell Liberty tab and tried to install Skype. Although the app installs it, the video facility is not available. This tab has a front and back camera.

Any ideas?

Skype is adding slowing different devices with the capability to use video calling. But I think there will not be any rush, because after Microsoft bought Skype, they have other interest. But I think it will take ages until any tablet gets video calling.

Usually when you have the front view camera the Skype must support the vedio calling. If not then please go to the app settings and enable the video calling option. Now your problem will be solved.

You have to check the version of the skpye and skype package is compatible with your device or not, if not then download a compatible version which allows you to video calling.
