hi got skype working on android 3.1 but others cant see my video only a green screen even though mycam shows ok on my screen.
anybody had this problem? solution?

Make sure the camera is enabled. Skype doesn't always turn it on by default. Just tap the window to bring up the camera menu.

Yes this is a Skype problem, not an Android or Thrive problem. Skype 2.6.0.95 has green screens with Android 3.1, not with Android 3.2 though

Uninstall Skype ver 2.6.0.95 and install Skype 2.5.0.160 if you are on Android 3.1

2..Just un-install the current Skype first (Settings >>Applications>> Manage Applications >>Tap the"Downloaded" tab >> scroll down to SKYPE, select it >> Uninstall)

3..Click on this link- and the working version (2.5.0.160) should download and it should prompt you to install it.​
