I tried to get apps for both of these but, since it is not a phone It's telling me I can't. Is there something else I can try?

Yup you can slide load those apps. You can find them by just doing a google search for the apk files.

I'm sorry. I'm not a tech wiz. But I tried to find apk fileas for both and had no luck.
Also when you say slide do mean transfer from sd card?

You can't download it from the android market, but you can download them from the amazon market. I run slacker on my tablet and it works fine.

Well I tried that and it wont load the file as a matter of fact this thing wont install any files.
