Slidepad 704ce become crazy

HI EVERYBODY
Iam new on the forum and hope to have solution to my problem.
when i turn on my memup sp704ce,some applications come on itself like google ,camera,setting . sometimes when i chose to create a new acount ,the wifi setting comes on and many apps turn on themselves.
i do a manufacter reset but the probleme is still here.
please help.
