Slow apps on coby 7022

Hey. Got this device over the weekend and was successful with installing the market thanks to this site. Now today many of my apps are dragging mighty slow. Mostly the apps logging into vendor sites like kindle, nook etc. My browser searches are pretty fast. Any suggestions?

Maybe to many apps installed? When that happened to me i deleted apps i was not using enough to justify having them. System got better.

Hmm use task manager see if any apps are running in background?

I am trying 'Watchdog Task Manager Lite' to watch for slow or misbehaving apps. Seems to work OK so far. Last slowdown I had was my email app trying to sync. and taking 40% of CPU. Watchdog saw it and I could freeze, force stop etc. I just ran the app and checked email and all was OK again.
