Slow browsing/weak facebook (timeline) performance

So I recently bought an EePad transformer for my girlfriend and my dig knocked it off the table before we even opened it not sure if that matters. However browsing is a tad slow over wifi and especially slow over facebook and especially facebook timeline.

Any suggestions with this? Could it just be the tablet isnt powerful enough, could it be cause it was dropped?

I tried on a different wifi connection and still have the same issue.
