New MID 7" tablet is stuck on boot-up with sound bar extended on top of screen and unlock button extended from bottom of screen. No other functions availble with no response to touch or select. Clock is up and functioning top bar indicates home then is blank until camera icon, followed by sound, 4 white bars then ending with arrow back.
I reset and reboot with no success of furthering boot then above explained. This is my second tablet from you first tablet return with no boot at all just black. I need to talk to someone please I begging at this point I can't take much more.
