software problems pleasse Help

i had many problems with the zenithink but till now they are all solved.
now i have the next problem:

i turn on my pad and it starts with zenepad and then switch to the green android figure you see a white dash flickering this dash stops and then nothing happens.
so i think that it get stuck in the booting is there any way to solve this or maybe is there a way to put new android on the machine

I suppose a reset could be the first thing to try.

i did try that many times but did not help i even opend the tablet to take it of the batery and after that did a other reset still nothing.
