some android apps are not installing in my area

I am in Qatar. I have bought acer Iconia A500 from Qatar. when i tried to install some apps from android apps markete the notification (this apps in not available in your country) came.
can i change my country and install these apps?
how to and where change my country?
will be thankful to any one who will reply.

Sometimes when you go to the developers website, you can download them from there. Not sure if you have to check the button to allow unapproved software to install. You find that under settings.
