Application like "Tetris" and "Raging Thunder 2 Lite" take just part of the screen
    Any solution ?

check "Compatibility Mode" in options. This sometimes helps apps that think they are on phones use the whole screen.

You need to install "Spare Parts" from the market. It gives you several more settings for your tablet. There, you'll find the "Compatibility Mode" setting. You will actually need, for some completely unfathomable reason, to UN-check it for some apps to show up in full screen. That should fix things up for you.
