Good for baseline price reference for IMX515 units. Not promoting with these sellers in particular.
Typical cost to ship from China to North America ~30-50USD

Newer units are going to get slightly different components, but core components should be identical.

I wonder how much lower they will drop... Padbbs started at ~1399RMB retail in November. In 3 months it went down by 500RMB ~ 35%...

Assuming the cost is somewhere around $100US. And the only thing these tablets are missing compared to the actual iPad includes the screen, touchscreen, and surrounding components. The iPad probably costs much less than $200USD to build by now, maybe even less. A year ago, it cost around $220 according to iSuppli.

is the "shaking screen" still a problem with that models, or has it been fixed in the meantime ? Also does the 30pin connector support hdmi-out (i read somewhere something that fr809 does while the fs805 doesn't)
