Some question about capacity screen tablet.

I want to buy a capacity screen tablet with android 2.2 , and one or two camera is necessary for me , can some one give me some suggestions?

I hope this tablet is not very big , but a 7" tablet's screen seems a little small , is there any tablet is bigger than 7" and not too big?

oh , the cheaper the better , but the qulity must stead , don't more than $350 I hope...

There are few which really meet your need at $350 US. The closest are the Huawei, Archos or some Chinese clones. The problem with Chinese Clones are the reliability and lack of support. It is the two camera requirement which is the limiter.

I would suggest the Archos 101 - it's a great deal for the money $300-350 and it has a camera. It's a bit hard to get - supplies are limited - but at least it's a reputable company and there's lots of support for it out there...
