Hey guys, I hate to come in to a forum and just start asking question but I don't really have any other choice. So, here they are:

If I download a .rar file from a website can I extract it and put the music/movies into the "library"? Or do I have to put everything on using a computer/softaware? and if so is it compatible with ubuntu? Also can I download apps from websites (on the tablet) and install them or do I need to use the market?

Thanks a lot,

-shooter

Probably need a little more info. but in general yes you can unzip/unrar as long as you have a utility to do it. Depending on the browser you are using you can certainly dl apps from a web site, and on most devices you can set them to allow installing apps locally. How to go about this can sometimes be tablet specific but in general with android you can do everything you mentioned fairly easily.
