Sony S and Java

Hi, I got my Sony S a couple of days ago .......... really happy with it.
The only thing I was expecting to be able to do but I can't is opening java applets in websites such as:

Live Gold PriceI tried with the stock browser, Dolphin and Opera and I don't see any settings I can adjust.
Any solutions?
