Sorry! Process android.process.media is not responding

I connected my Motorola XOOM android tablet to the pc, and it worked fine yesterday. Today it is saying Sorry! Process android.process.media is not responding. and i didn't remove or add anything. Please any help?

Has anyone figured this out yet? I had been seeing this on Honeycomb -- and I now see it happening on ICS. I have a Wifi non-rooted Xoom.
