I'm receiving an error once I unlock after boot up:
"The application com.android.provision (process com.android.provision) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
So, the screen is black except for the error message and the title bar (wifi, bat, time) and the buttons do not work.
Other applications fail prior to receiving this final error above. All can be force close but this one keeps popping up.
I've taken the SD card out and tried reboot...same issue. I don't care if I lose everything on the tablet so does anyone know of a utility which will run without user interaction. One which will restore my Ziio.

Reset the device now have to re install all applications. Atleast its back to normal
