Sound but no picture on Video or Webcam Gallery

    Haipa model Mid 701 bought from Bigboxstore seemed good value but Video picture output ceased after a couple of days. Sound comes through but no pic. Same on Gallery. My voice can be clearly heard but not my face. Bigbox seem reluctant to suggest anything other than "press reset button". Anyone else with this problem ?
