Sound only in headset

My WM8650 has no sound. If the headphones are plugged in there is great sound. How can this be repaired. It is only 2 weeks old.

When I pulled mine apart I was very surprised at how flimsy the wires to the speakers were, just bumping them knocked the solder joints loose. I resoldered them with no further issues. Possibly yours have a similar problem, although it would be surprising for both to fail at the same time. Have the speakers ever worked?
