Sound. Speaking the web pages and some others functions. Samsung 10.1

I cannot turn off the sound from speaking certain pages. Mostly the web pages.
I have explored most of the settings, but there must another setting that I have missed.
Anyone have the same experience.

Could you have messed around with the "accessibility" apps/services etc from page 89 of the Users Guide.

Just a thought
