Steve Kondik speaks at Google I/O and gives you a great look inside the Cyanogen Mod team and their ROMS. It's nice to put a face and voice to Steve K, because usually the only "contact" anyone, outside of his team, has with him is through IRC. If you love to tinker with your handset and have ever loaded CM onto your handset this video is a must see. It's a telling look behind the scenes and why they do what they do.

Watched it last night. You can really appreciate the insight his talk brings to what they deal with in creating CM.
