Storage Problems Prestigio Multipad PMP5080B

Can anyone help please ?? I keep getting a 'low space' error message and downloads fail due to insufficient space.
I have 2.8gB of NAND Flash available, but only 20 Mb of Internal storage !
How do i find what is clogging this up ? and can i move stuff from there to the sd card - and if so, how ??

Try deleting the Apps

I have tried deleting apps but doesn't seem to help. Is there a 'trash bin' like in windows, that i should be emptying ?
