Streaming Live Webcam Over The Internet - Galaxy Note 10.1

[h=2]I was wondering if there was a way that I could stream a live webcam over the internet and not through an app? I have a blog I would like to go live with and it doesn't seem to be uploading. I will get the screen, and I have the front facing webcam but I can't get the actual camera to open and go live.

Can someone please help me? I am going crazy.[/h]

I'm not certain I completely understand what you are trying to do but the cameras typically won't operate unless there is an app that understand the camera. Some apps that can do video with a front facing camera can't work with some tablets because they can't detect that particular hardware.
