Superpad 3- battery stop charging at 57%

Hi Guys, I have a superpad3. Everything works just fine except when I charge the battery for long time (24 hours) it is stopped at 57% even when I continue to charge it. I tried to discharge it and leave the battery drained and then charge it again for long time, but I still have the same issue. Is there any solution for this issue? Is installing a new firmware can solve the issue? If yes, from where I can download it? the specification: Infotmic ARM11 1GHz, 512MB DDR2 Memory, Google Android 2.2, 10.2" SCREEN 1024 x 600, 8GB built-in, 2 Ports USB2.0, 1 x Mini HDMI 1 x TF card slot 1 x DC jack Battery Built in 6400MAH WIFI,802.11 b/g, 3G(WCDMA,EVDO) Waiting for your help guys Thank you

yes, I have the same problem, i bough one month ago and very slow charging, sometimes even after 24 h charging it stay at 57%. I dont know what to do

I got mine yesterday and I have the same problem. The battery stops charging at 57%. Wish I know how to fix it.

How long does your batter last? Mine only lasted a little over an hour, but then I was testing gps, wifi, angry birds, youtube etc.

I just got mine yesterday and the same thing is happening, it's stuck at 57%. I left it off all night and nothing changed.

good news. mine fixed itself after I used and recharged it a couple of times. now it's charged to 100%. happy happy.
